Our Services
Our seasoned experts will have one on one weekly zoom calls with your manager. It will only take one hour per week. In that meeting we will allow the manager to share any area in which they are struggling and provide an expert, owner focused, solution to consider. Each call will also include a relevant business theory that the manager can apply in there day to day operations. Packages can be purchased for as low as $100/session based on a yearly subscription.
Our experts can come to you and educate your management team on a multitude of topics. Each of our presentations will be customized for your specific group and the objective you are looking to address. Not only will your team understand the subject matter better, but they will leave fired up to initiate the change for the better.
We can develop a plan for any specific initiatives that you feel are not being optimized. These can include menu development, event sales, training, recruiting, concept development, scaling your business or any other areas where you may need help.
